Sarah Gregory Lactation Consultant
Sarah is an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), a certified postpartum doula, and a mother of two. She helps families in Greater Boston, the North Shore, and the New Hampshire seacoast with breastfeeding, chestfeeding, bottle feeding, combo feeding, and anything else involving human milk.

Hosts free, open playgroups for children birth and up (unless otherwise noted) at local libraries, churches and their new Peabody location in the Northshore Mall (Nordstrom Wing, lower level). Schedules changes based on time of year, check out their website for full details.

New Baby Support Group
Meet local parents (and their babies) in a welcoming, relaxed environment. Group is led by a postpartum/newborn nurse and breastfeeding education with 10 years of experience helping families. Support & Classes

Stork Ready

Marblehead Parenting & Tot Club
Marblehead Parenting & Tot Club has a lot to offer prospective, new and seasoned parents. Parents can begin with childbirth classes, then join a new parent group once the baby arrives. And kids can get in on the fun starting with music and art enrichment classes for infants through 3 years of age. A wide variety of classes are also offered for preschool age children along with open play times in their Tot Club indoor playspace for ages 0-6. Located at 40 Tioga Way, Marblehead MA. Parent Wellness Group – A collective of mental health clinicians (all of whom are parents themselves) provide support through private, individual therapy sessions (conducted remotely), couples therapy and group therapy for moms. The team serves parents in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island and the Founder, Sarah, is based in the Boston area.

The Mom Connection – Founder Caroline Allen is a NAPS Certifited Mom Support Group Leader who connects and supports moms on their parenting journey. She believes you shouldn’t have to “wait until Kindergarten,” to find your mom tribe. Caroline offers both in-person and virtual support groups for moms living North of Boston.

 

Doulas

Boston Area Doulas
At Boston Area Doulas, the goal is to remind parents of their strength, to instill confidence and to reduce fear. They do this by being physically present, emotionally attuned to and available for parents, and equipped with evidence-based information and resources to help parents navigate anything that comes up along the way. They also offer private classes on childbirth and labor, newborn care, and infant feeding and consultations on feeding, creating a birth plan and navigating the postpartum period.

Boston Birth Associates
Boston Birth Associations provides both birth and postpartum doula services. Their postpartum doulas offer caring and non-judgmental support after the birth of your baby. They can help with newborn care and household tasks anytime, day or night. They also sometimes facilitate new mom groups around the North Shore.
