Join Kris Minear, a yoga instructor and Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant specializing in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy for this 45 minute strength-building class set to music is specially designed for moms who are 6-weeks postpartum or more who are looking to safely return to exercise and meet other moms in their community. This class will be programmed to be progressive and build over the 6 weeks but always will include options for modifications for each exercise Babies in bucket seats are welcome, and while the music will be played at a lower volume than our normal Sweat Fixx classes, baby headphones may be helpful to protect tiny ears! (As with all exercise, we recommend that you get the OK from your doctor before trying out any new routine postpartum.) Expect yoga flows, body-weight strengthening, options for progressions and modifications, breathwork, and probably some Beyonce remixes.
