Tweens (2nd – 5th graders) are invited to join a week of yoga and mindfulness camp at The Yoga Loft. Kids will learn the physical practice of yoga (asana) and be introduced to meditation and mindfulness through fun and creative activities. Participants should bring a yoga mat, water bottle, snack and wear comfortable clothes. Rachel Perrella and Laura Gunn are both Yoga Loft instructors and teach kids yoga at the studio and local schools.
