Salem Food at 400+

PEM is excited to participate in Salem Food Tours’ “Food at 400+”  open house weekend!

Explore free, food-related special exhibits at a variety of historic houses and museums across downtown Salem. PEM’s Cotting-Smith Assembly House and John Ward House will both be open for visitors, and we’ll be giving away gingerbread cookies adapted from a recipe by Sally Ropes Orne, former resident of Ropes Mansion.
