Littles Lounge Play Cafe is a modern play cafe, for kids ages infant to 7, on the North Shore! Located at 146 High Street, in Ipswich, Littles Lounge is owned and operated by Salem mom of 3, Larisa Osmanaj.

Larisa is mom to Eiya (age 4) and twin 7 month-olds Ernit and Enna. After frequenting area indoor playgrounds when Eiya was small, Larisa knew the value they can hold for parents seeking a safe, clean place for their kids to play. Larisa dreamed of taking this business model one step further, creating a boutique-style indoor playground, with a play attendant dedicated to keeping the kids engaged, a cafe with gourmet coffee, and a large area for parents to enjoy a few minutes to themselves while still being able to view the play area.

Larisa worked with a designer to create the signature pastel pink and blue Littles Lounge brand and then did extensive research before selecting Tiger Play, a UK-based indoor playground construction company, to build out their wooden and soft play structures. Each structure built by Tiger Play is made from eco-friendly materials and is one-of-a-kind and customized to the space.

Littles Lounge is still in their soft-opening phase while they continue to hire and train additional staff in the playground attendant and barista roles. Their current open play hours can be found here and as of May 5, 2026, they will be fully open with hours of Monday-Thursdays: 9am-4pm; Fridays: 9am-6pm; Saturdays and Sundays 9am-12pm. Birthday party slots are available on weekdays after 2pm and weekend afternoons. Birthday parties are by inquiry only.

Open play slots are up 2 hours each and are limited to 15 reservations per session. Littles Lounge offers drop-in rates, memberships or 5/10/20 visit packs which provide a discount on the drop-in play rate.
Each session is supervised by a play attendant and the playground space is a contained area, with numerous fun areas for kids to explore.

The playground is separated into two main areas, one for younger children and one for older children. Each area is filled with sensory activities, soft blocks and more to explore.

Kids will enjoy the slides, climbing structures, a fun cargo net tunnel, and a row of small businesses including a post office and a mini-replica of the Littles Lounge Cafe.

Parents will love that Littles Lounge focuses on all the “little details.” Just off the play area you’ll find a nursery with a changing table, two comfy chairs for nursing privately and two bassinets that caregivers can utilize for sleeping babies.

There are also two private bathrooms with self-santizing changing tables and custom murals painted by a local artist Caroline Armington. The murals are a theme at Littles Lounge and you can also find one in the nursery and one in the play area for younger children.

At the back of the playground there is also a small private space for working parents. This office includes 3 desks, a mini-fridge of water and a color printer. Littles Lounge offers complimentary wifi and in the near future parents will be able to book a desk in their reservation for working, while their child is entertained by the play attendant. More details on that coming soon!

In the meantime there is a comfortable cafe seating area between the coffee counter and the play area, where caregivers can also work on their laptop, read a book, or enjoy a few sips of a hot cup of coffee while their children play.

The full-service, nut-free, cafe at Littles Lounge uses George Howell Coffee, which some might find familiar, as it’s the same brand used by Tatte. The beans are high-quality and sourced from coffee farms that do not use child labor. Larisa, a daily triple espresso drinker, chose the coffee brand herself along with fresh baked goods from 3 Sweet Peas, a Rowley bakery. (This is the Iced Mocha, the current top-seller at the Little Lounge Cafe.)

Littles Lounge values cleanliness and the play areas are cleaned throughout each session, with an extensive cleaning happening each evening before close and a professional deep cleaning taking place every week. No shoes are allowed past the entry and socks are required for both kids and adults.
