Where are you from originally and what town do you live in now?
I am originally from Plantation, Florida. I moved to Massachusetts in 2018 and I currently live in Everett.
How many children do you have and what are their age(s)?
I have one daughter, Raya. She is 20 months old.
What’s your favorite family activity on the North Shore?
We love going to Belle Isle Seafood and watching the planes fly in and take off.
Where’s your favorite place to eat and/or shop on the North Shore?
Pizza Fridays are a thing for my family. Regina’s in Medford is our go to. I had my baby shower there and Raya’s first birthday! Burlington Mall is our go to shopping place.
Tell us a little bit about your background and how you got started at Glowbar Lynnfield.
Before I moved to Massachusetts, I had the incredible experience of working in the Bahamas at a luxury casino and resort. There, I learned what it truly means to provide exceptional guest service and manage operations with care and attention. That chapter of my life shaped my dedication to making people feel special and cared for.
When I decided to make the move to Massachusetts, I was ready for a new adventure: one that would bring more purpose and fulfillment. That’s when I discovered laser hair removal, and it changed my life in ways I never expected. The confidence I gained from it inspired me to pursue a career in aesthetics, and I spent five wonderful years managing a laser clinic, helping others feel comfortable in their own skin.
When I saw that Glowbar was opening in Lynnfield, a facial studio with a mission to help people feel confident in their skin, I immediately knew this was the next opportunity for me. Their focus on efficiency, simplicity, hospitality, and genuine care aligned perfectly with my own values. Most importantly, they’re making beauty and wellness accessible and effortless for everyone, which is a philosophy I truly align with.
Becoming a mom completely changed the way I think about confidence. It wasn’t just about how I felt anymore. It became something I wanted to model for my daughter every single day. What’s your favorite treatment at Glowbar?
I love our anti-aging peel (with pumpkin enzyme, glycolic acid, and Vitamin A) followed by cavitation and ending with red LED light therapy!
Any tips for balancing work & motherhood?
Do as much as you can the night before to prepare for the next day. I find when I start my day already feeling put together it’s a great starting point to then tackle whatever is thrown at me.
What is the best piece of mom advice you ever received?
If you are going to be out past bed time bring pajamas with you.
What’s your favorite thing to do when you need some “me” time?
