Mother’s Day is Sunday, May 11th, and it’s time to start celebrating ourselves! Here are some fun activities surrounding Mother’s Day for you to enjoy.

1. Mom’s Morning Off, hosted by A Mom’s Village, is back on Saturday, 5/3, at 9am, on the Green at MarketStreet Lynnfield. Start the morning off with a workout on the Green led by Jamie and Erica from AMV, followed by refreshments (popovers and mimosas) on the Davio’s patio! Enjoy a fun swag bag with a personalized key chain. Tickets are just $25 ($20 for AMV Members) and all proceeds from this event support A Bed for Every Child.
2. Cut your own tulips, take a hayride through the blossoming fields and enjoy hard cider and snacks from the food truck at Cider Hill Farm’s Tulip-ish Fest. This year the Festival and cutting fields will take place on Saturday, 5/3 and Sunday, 5/4 from 8:30am-4:30pm, as well as Saturday, 5/10 and Sunday, 5/11 depending on the blooms. 3. Grab your girls and head to Gametime North Shore, at the North Shore Mall, for a Crafts & Charcuterie on Monday, 5/5 at 6:30pm. During this hands-on event, you’ll learn how to build the perfect charcuterie board with Boards for Days and create a beautiful set of four dried flower UV resin coasters with Create and Escape DIY Workshops! 4. Join Blooms of Boston at Gametime North Shore, at the North Shore Mall, for a Mother’s Day Blooms Event on Thursday, 5/8 at 6pm. Event includes a DIY fresh floral bouquet workshop, a signature cocktail, and Groove Photo fun. Plus shop with Light & Key, Messina Clothing, and Bling & Thingz. 5. Enjoy Sip & Stem: Mother’s Day Floral Workshop at Stevens-Coolidge House & Gardens in North Andover on Thursday, 5/8, 6-8pm. This Floral Workshop and wine tasting is in partnership with Marble Ridge Winery. Each participant will learn how to create a thoughtful garden-inspired floral arrangement and enjoy a wine tasting. 21+, $100/pp for members, $125/pp for non-members. Get tickets!
6. Join the Downtown Beverly Mom Crawl, on Saturday, 5/10. Follow Beverly Main Street’s Map of participating small businesses to enjoy coffee, samples, sale shopping, champagne tasting, permanent jewelry and more!
7. Treat yourself to some new plants at the 33rd Annual Long Hill Plant Sale on Saturday, 5/10, from 9am-1pm. Look through a wide selection of plants, from old favorites to rare and unusual species grown here at Long Hill. No advance tickets required.
8. Treat yourself to a special Mother’s day Brunch at Danversport Yacht Club, on Sunday, 5/11 at 10am. Brunch includes a full buffet, juice, coffee and tea for $81.95 per adult, $39.95 per child (ages 4-12). Make reservations.
9. Spend Mother’s Day at Sea with Beauport Cruise Lines. Sail will take place from 11am to 2pm on Sunday, 5/11, and will include sweeping views, a decadent brunch buffet, seasonal cocktails and live entertainment. $89/pp for adults and $45/pp for kids. Get tickets!
10. Love for Runway, on Thursday, 5/15 at 6:30pm, is a little past Mother’s Day, but still a great event for a mom’s night out! Love on those impacted by breast cancer and support local businesses with a night to sip, shop, and support Runway for Recovery. Runway for Recovery is a nonprofit redefining the breast cancer experience for families through events and programs that strive to provide normalcy amidst the unimaginable.
