Where to Watch 4th of July Fireworks on the North Shore

Andover Fourth of July Celebration (Andover High School, 80 Shawsheen Road) – An exciting slate of events is scheduled in celebration of the Fourth of July. Andover’s Independence Day festivities will begin on Wednesday, July 3 at Andover High School with the Annual Fireworks Show, scheduled to start at dusk.
Gloucester Fireworks – Gloucester is gearing up for an exciting Independence Day celebration. Experience the beauty of Gloucester’s skyline with a mesmerizing fireworks display. Watch the night sky light up with vibrant colors over popular locations around Gloucester. 9:30-10:30pm.
Lynn/Nahant Fireworks – Marvel at fireworks over Nahant Bay from a spot at Red Rock Park, on King’s Beach, or along Lynn Shore Drive in Lynn or Humphrey Street in Swampscott. Festivities will begin at Red Rock park with live music starting at 7 p.m. and fireworks a couple hours after.
Singing Beach Fireworks (Manchester-by-the-Sea) – Beach concert begins at 7pm and the fireworks will start at 9pm. Annual 4th of July Parade to follow on Thursday, July 4th at 10am.
Swampscott Fireworks Festival (Town Hall Lawn) – Head to the Town Hall lawn between 5-9pm for the 3rd of July Fireworks Festival! Lois Lane & the Daily Planets will be cranking out the tunes all evening long. On site will be multiple food vendors and the Beer Gardens will be Granite Coast Brewery and Coastal Mass Brewery. There is no entry fee this year. The event will end at 9pm, just in time for the fireworks show!

Amesbury 4th of July Celebration (Woodsom Farm, 208 Lions Mouth Rd.) – Food and live music starts at 6pm, there will be several food trucks to choose from. Fireworks start at 9:00pm. Event is part of the popular Amesbury Days Celebration.
Beverly Fireworks (West Beach, Beverly Farms) – Fireworks show begins around 9pm. Bracelets ($20 ahead of time, $25 at the gate) required to enter the beach to watch the fireworks show.
Marblehead Fireworks & Harbor Illumination – The Harbor Illumination is scheduled to start at 9pm when flares are lit all around the perimeter of the harbor, creating a magnificent ring of light that sets the stage for the main event. At 9:15pm the fireworks are launched off a barge at the mouth of Marblehead Harbor, which creates ideal viewing opportunities for the public from the parks at Fort Sewall, Chandler Hovey Park and Crocker Park.
Salem Celebrates the 4th (Derby Wharf, Salem, MA) – This year the beloved Salem Independence Day Celebration is back again on Tuesday, July 4th, on Derby Wharf, Salem Maritime National Historic Site. Festivities kick-off at 5pm with the return of the locally loved Kids’ Space, giveaways, and more! There will be a performance by Latin Breeze on the Main Stage sponsored by Salem Jazz and Soul Festival. Enjoy the beautiful waterfront view that sweeps across the Salem Maritime National Historic Site venue. At 7:15 Opening Ceremonies will begin with the Hillyer Festival Orchestra Concert spanning two hours and including a ‘POPS’ concert by their forty-piece ensemble. Make sure you are in your seat at 9:15 to view the firework extravaganza that will illuminate the night sky and the Salem Harbor.
Salisbury Beach Fireworks Show – 4th of July Fireworks take place at 10:15pm. Salisbury Beach also hosts fireworks at 10:15pm each Saturday of the Summer. Grab your chairs and blankets and enjoy some fun summer tunes, Saturdays at 7:30pm on the Salisbury Oceanfront Stage. Benches and picnic tables available and plenty of dancing room for everyone! Enjoy takeout from local restaurants, beach pizza, ice cream and more, while you listen to live music from one of the region’s hottest bands.
Wakefield Independence Day Celebration (Main Street & More) – Enjoy events and entertainment from morning until night on July 4. Children’s activities, the 77th Fourth of July Parade, music, and a fireworks display are all taking place in Town thanks to the efforts of the West Side Social Club and Wakefield Independence Day Committee. Parade begins at 5pm, with live music following at 7pm and the fireworks display at 9:30pm.

North Andover Fireworks (North Andover Middle School, 495 Main St, North Andover, MA) – The fireworks will take place on the evening of Saturday, July 6th. The fireworks will be set off from the North Andover Middle School area once it’s dark, at approx. 9pm. There are plenty of other locations around town to view the fireworks as well! The Town Common, Patriot Park, North Andover High School, are all excellent vantage points!
