11 Holiday Light Displays You Won’t Want to Miss! | The North Shore Moms

Holiday Lights Header - 2022 - 1

My family and I love to drive around and check out the local displays. This year I even downloaded this Free Printable Christmas Lights Scavenger Hunt for my son to check off…though finding Santa on a Roof proved to be tricky.

Below I’ve put together a list of big, drive-thru displays along with some town-by-town information. I hope you and your family enjoy the lights as much as mine!

Beverly

McKay Street: Back for another year, the Witham family will have 40,000 lights, inflatables and Santa waving nightly on their front lawn. Private residence. McKay Street, Beverly.

Gloucester, Rockport, Essex and Manchester-by-the-Sea

Winter Lights on Cape Ann: Local businesses throughout Gloucester, Rockport, Essex and Manchester-by-the-Sea are getting into the festive spirit by decorating their establishments with twinkling lights and/or creative window displays! Over 100 lighted locations will help bring joy to all those who visit from November 26 through January 1, 2023.

Ipswich

Galicki Christmas Light Display: Located on Linebrook Road, in Ipswich, just down the street from Marini Farm, this is an amazing drive-thru display with lights, inflatables, and Christmas decorations throughout.

Peabody

DJ-C’s Christmas Display: Tons of blow-ups and lights on their front lawn. Monday – Thursday 4:30-9pm and Friday – Sunday 4:30-10pm. Now in their second year! Private residence. 19 Tara Road, Peabody.

Tri-Town (Boxford/Middleton/Topsfield)

River Street Christmas Lights: Celebrating 5 years of lights! This is a walk-through light display and light show. Open nightly (weather permitting), through 12/31, from 5-9pm. Hot chocolate and cookie decorating are available select nights. This is at a private residence, but you are invited to walk through their yard and parking is available next door at the American Legion. Donations are being collected this year for Middleton Food Pantry and the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. 67 River Street, Middleton.

Stickney Christmas Lights: Lights are on nightly from Thanksgiving to New Years. On Saturday, 12/10 you can get out of the car and enjoy a Meet and Greet with Santa & Friends. There is mailbox in the front of the house collecting donations for Make a Wish Massachusetts. Private residence. 5 2nd Avenue, Middleton.
