Some of the greatest features of the North Shore community are the number and quality of our open spaces and we share a responsibility to care for and maintain them. Join SPUR’s twice-annual park and beach clean-up this Saturday in honor of Earth Day.
Volunteer with your friends and neighbors to pick up trash and debris from 24 different public spaces in Lynn, Marblehead, Salem, Swampscott, Boxford, Topsfield and Beverly.
Teams of volunteers will meet with a team leader, at a designated meeting spot, to receive gloves and trash bags
and then work together to remove the trash left behind or washed ashore. Masks and social distancing are required. Event is from 3 to 4 pm on Saturday, April 24th.
