This will be a four week class for family members to enjoy together. Ideally, ages 6 and older, although anyone is invited to participate. Each week family members will learn breathing exercises for both anxiety and/or depression as well as yoga sequences for calming as well as boosting your mood and reducing symptoms of depression.
