An event every week that begins at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until March 21, 2021
“Wind-Down Wednesdays” is a series of FREE drop-in parent workshops intended to connect local families during these unprecedented times. Each week we will focus on self-care strategies, share parenting challenges and opportunities, and discuss ways to better support our children. Weekly topics will include parenting during COVID, addressing challeging behaviors, and social-emotional development.
