Parade steps off at the intersection of Washington Street and Allens Lane at 11 a.m., proceeds down Washington Street, turns west on Main Street to City Hall. Note, closed to traffic: Stretches of Washington, Main and Lowell streets. Followed by a City Hall ceremony honoring fallen heroes.
