New Mama Support Group

Join us for our New Mama Peer Support Group every other Wednesday! Whether you’re a first-time mom, or fourth, all mamas who have infants under 12 months are welcome, and your babes, too! This group is designed to create opportunities for mamas to meet other mamas with babies the same age.

Peer support groups are designed to provide support, encouragement and community. This is a judgment free and safe-space where discussions are open and participant driven.
