Move your body and connect with other mamas and their little ones in New Mama Movement. This class/series is for ANY postpartum mama, no matter how far into motherhood you are. If you are seeking support, guidance and movement to rebuild your core, pelvic floor and overall strength. Class will be 30 minutes, followed by group check in. All ages are welcome. Babies can stay in a car seat or on your mat. Feel free to bring any blankets, toys or bottles as needed. Each class will begin with a group check in, and end with a chance to ask any mom-related questions.
