Mom and Baby Yoga Tea Party

Calling all mamas and their pumpkins back to their mats! Join us for an afternoon of movement and transitioning into our new bodies. We will stretch, tone, and strengthen with our babies by our side while getting to chat and make some new mama friends. Surrounded by warming props, lavender, and delicious tea; we will fill the room with the needed mom and baby love that builds community.
Workshop recommended for babies 3 months – crawling. Mom’s recommended 6 weeks postnatal with doctor/midwife clearance for exercise.
