2021 virtual fitness classes - header image

Last spring we published a list of North Shore fitness studios pivoting to online classes. Since then many have revised (over and over) their offerings so it seemed like the right time to release an updated list. You can still work out at home and support local businesses with these great programs. No need to splurge on a Peloton!

Please note that many of these studios are still also offering in-person classes, with reduced capacity, but this list is focused on virtual programs only. Studios are listed in alphabetical order and comprise a variety of fitness types including cardio, strength, yoga, sculpt and more.
